Town Court
The Town of Mount Hope Justice Court handles judicial matters for both the Town of Mount Hope and the Village of Otisville. The court oversees vehicle and traffic cases, criminal matters, small claims, civil proceedings such as evictions, and marriage ceremonies in accordance with New York State law.
