About the Zoning Board
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) reviews requests for relief from the Town’s zoning requirements and holds public hearings on applications for area and use variances.
In considering each request, the Board evaluates the potential impacts on the property, the surrounding neighborhood, and the overall intent of the Town’s zoning laws.
The ZBA meets on request on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Town Board Room at Mount Hope Town Hall.
