PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Mount Hope will hold a public hearing at 7:00 P.M. on September 8, 2026, as part of a regularly scheduled Town Board meeting, to consider the adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2026, entitled, “A Local Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law Section 3-C for the Fiscal Year of 2027”.  The public hearing will take place at the Town Hall located at 1706 Route 211 West, Otisville, New York 10963.  A copy of the proposed Local Law is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office located at 1706 Route 211 West, Otisville, New York 10963 during regular business hours.  At the above date, time and place, all interested persons shall be heard.
