Building Department Public Hours (As of 7/08/26)

Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
Office Hours:
AM: 10am – 12pm
PM: 2pm – 4pm
Field Inspection Hours:
AM: 8:30am – 10am
PM: 12:30pm – 2pm 

Regular Inspections:

Monday through Friday (Except Holidays) – Must call 24 hours in advance to schedule

Building permit plan review: Allow up to 30 business days

Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance Inspections:

Allow 30 business days after filing of all completed documents.

** MUNICIPAL SEARCH REQUESTS WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2-4 WEEKS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT TO BE COMPLETED **
